Q: What if I received damaged products, missing items or incorrect items ?
A: Please carefully inspect your package once you receive it. In the rare case that there is a damaged item, missing item or an incorrect item in your package, please contact us within 2 business days. You may exchange or return damaged and incorrect items, or we may offer you a refund. For missing items, we will ship them out within 2 business days.
Eve’s Night is not responsible for any damaged or missing items caused by the shipping company or customer.
Q: Can I return or exchange my items ?
A: Yes. If you need to return or exchange your items, please contact your sales representative within 2 days of receiving them and ship them back within 3 days. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping fees. After we receive your returned items, we will give you store credit.
Q: What products are eligible to be returned ?
A: To be eligible for a return or exchange, the merchandise must be returned unworn, undamaged, unused, with all original tags attached, and accompanied by the return form. Price reduced or clearance items are final sale, and not not eligible for returns.
