Q: What are your customs, duties and tax policies ?

A: The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; Eve’s Night has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond Eve’s Night original delivery estimates. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information.

Q: What are your global free shipping areas ?

A: We offer free shipping to a majority of countries and areas including America, Canada, North Europe, West Europe, South Europe, Australia, New Zealand, etc. You can CONTACT US for further information.
If your country is not a free shipping area, you will need to pay a reasonable shipping fee, shown when you checkout.

Q: When will my items be shipped ?

A: Eve’s Night will ship your items within 3 business days after your payment is confirmed by FedEx, UPS, TNT, DHL, etc. We choose a shipping company according to your area. Orders will generally be received within 10 business days (business days do not include Saturday, Sunday, or US and/or any international holidays).
